Is is the election war room of the future?
Perhaps.
Amazon says its Alexa team is convening "a war room of writers, engineers and data scientists" to make Amazon Alexa election conversations relevant and real-time.
1. “Alexa, what’s my election update?”
2. “Alexa, who is winning in [state]?”
3. “Alexa, how is [candidate] doing in the election?”
4. “Alexa, what happened in the midterm elections?”
5. “Alexa, how many seats did [party] gain?”
6. “Alexa, how did [candidate] do in the election?”
Amazon says this will be a learning experience designed to make future Q&A sessions even more realistic and to keep adding to Alexa's skills.
"By combining our team, the power, and scale of the AWS cloud, and the machine learning technology underpinning Alexa, we hope to bring customers a helpful and engaging experience during this election cycle.
We’re excited to learn from our customers and continue to evolve these types of experiences so we can deliver even more Q&A as we head toward the future primaries and the presidential election."
