SecureWorld's Advisory Council of InfoSec leaders has outdone themselves for 2018 by building a really fresh and powerful agenda.

You can still register and see the complete agenda for SecureWorld Chicago, coming up June 5th. But here are some of the sessions we just have to mention:

  • How to leverage the largest single system in your brain to present your ideas, metrics, and asks to the Board
  • Architecting your team to prepare for robust incident response
  • Mitigating third-party risk by effectively vetting your vendors
  • The geography of hostile code you are fighting against
  • How cybercriminal organizations are set up, pick targets, and infection routines, and then maximize access within your network.
  • There are a slew of Power Panels. They include:
    • Getting more women into InfoSec
    • Reducing the damage from phishing
    • Stopping attacks through modern incident response
    • Emerging threats—what is new and next

You can see why the SecureWorld Chicago community is growing in its second year, can't you?

Come join this day of networking on June 5th at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired.

Speaking of that, do you believe this is the best time ever to be in information security? You will after you hear Thornton May's keynote on the way forward for InfoSec.

The full Chicago cybersecurity conference agenda is here, and if you have additional questions, reach out to Event Director Natalie Boyer: NatalieB@secureworldexpo.com.

See you next week in the Windy City!
