It was a 12 paragraph post on all that Facebook says it is doing to increase your control and your privacy.

Um, yes, by the way (in paragraph 11):

* "In total, we believe the Facebook information of up to 87 million people—mostly in the US—may have been improperly shared with Cambridge Analytica," *said Facebook CTO Mike Schroepfer.

That's a 74% jump in the social media giant's original estimate, which was announced as 50 million users.

Speaking of Cambridge Analytica, Facebook says it will notify you if it believes your data was improperly shared with Cambridge Analytica.
