We’re already partnering with InfoSec leaders to build SecureWorld Boston 2018, and the title of Esmond Kane’s session really caught our eye: “Automate Security or Die.”

Kane is the Deputy CISO at Partners HealthCare, and he offered us a brief glimpse into his upcoming presentation.

“Cyber criminals have industrialized their operations. These highly organized professionals seek to shut your business down mere minutes after exploitation and demand ransoms optimized to your industry and size. Let’s discuss the necessity to build an agile and adaptive next-generation Security Operations Center to disrupt these ruthless entrepreneurs.”

He says there are three key emerging technologies InfoSec teams can leverage now, which his session will explore:

  1. workload optimization
  2. mature threat intelligence and management
  3. infrastructure integration and orchestration

Sharing fresh ideas and best practices is what SecureWorld conferences are all about.

SecureWorld Boston is March 14-15, 2018 and you can review the complete 2018 InfoSec conference calendar here if you’d like to join your peers while on the road.

Our call for speakers remains open; please fill out the submission form for consideration.
