You could say Ravi Thatavarthy knows 20 million things *about the Internet of Things.*

That’s because he is the CISO for iRobot, which has sold more than 20 million robotic devices, making it the leading global consumer robot company on the planet.

“We are living in a world of connected products,” he says. “My belief is that security combined with privacy will become a brand differentiator.”

We’re excited that Ravi is giving the keynote at SecureWorld Atlanta on May 30-31 about reducing the fear factor around IoT.

He’ll give an update on the latest trends in IoT and Smart Home technology and explain what it means for all of us to evaluate the risks vs. the benefits of these devices.

Plus, he’ll talk about the responsibilities of product companies towards consumers which will allow for greater confidence in these devices going forward.
