We looked this one up on Snopes.com, just to be sure, and this story is actually true.

The man in charge of Japan's cybersecurity policies does not know how to use a computer.

Cybersecurity and Olympics Minister Yoshitaka Sakurada was asked about this in front of The Diet, which is Japan's version of Congress. 

As the *Japan Times* reports, it's not cyber fears that keep him away from computers, it's the fact that he's never had to learn how:

“I don’t use computers because since I was 25 I have been in a position of authority where secretaries and employees handle such tasks for me.”

The questions about his qualifications popped up after he was unable to give any specifics, even at a high level, on what Japan is doing to protect Japanese nuclear power plants from cyber attacks.
