That's the word from those who run Bitcoin mining company NiceHash. 

The company has endured some hot reactions after having 70 million dollars worth of Bitcoin allegedly stolen from its digital wallet this week.

Now, the company's CEO and CTO have taken to Facebook Live, telling the world more about what happened and asking for the community's support.
