You probably know there are a number of apps that will allow you to spoof your location if you choose to do so.
But how about the idea that someone else spoofs your location without your knowledge?
It is happening in Moscow and placing people 25 miles away from where they are--and there is nothing they can do about it.
Reporters in Russia say when they are near the Kremlin, their location is suddenly spoofed.
And as you'll see in this video from the Russian Correspondent for the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (do they call themselves NBC, too?), if he takes a picture at the Kremlin it geolocates far from that spot.
