For the past 4 years, Tomer has been serving as CFO of Natural Intelligence, a global leader in developing technological platforms that simplify the online decision-making process for consumers. The company was established in 2009 and currently employes over 500 people. In addition, Tomer is Co-Founder of Suitera Ventures, an advisory and investment firm working with leading start-ups developing technologies for the modern office of the CFO. He also sits on the advisory boards of some of these start-ups. Prior to joining Natural Intelligence, Tomer worked for 11 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals, a global leader in generics and innovative medicine, carrying out various senior finance and business roles, most notably Group Treasurer, Chief of Staff to the Company’s CEO and Head of Investor Relations in Israel. Prior to Teva, Tomer worked for the U.S. bank Citi, and as a Corporate & Securities Lawyer in Herzog, Fox and Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms. Tomer has an LLB (cum laude) and BA in Economics from the Tel-Aviv University and an Executive MBA degree (cum laude) in Financial Engineering & Banking from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Irina is an accomplished IT and cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the healthcare industry and government compliance. As the Director of IT at Baxter International, she heads the Office of the CISO, where she drives initiatives to safeguard critical systems and data.
Previously, Irina served as a Business Information Security Partner at Medtronic, where she established and led a team of security professionals dedicated to partnering with operating units and corporate functions to protect sensitive information. Her program adhered to industry-leading regulations and standards, including NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. She excelled in identifying and mitigating security risks, as well as leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute robust security strategies.
A natural connector and relationship builder, Irina fosters trust and inspires collaboration across teams and organizations. She is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the cybersecurity field. Irina serves as a board advisor for the ISACA Minnesota Chapter, is the founder and co-chair of the Health-ISAC Business Information Security Office (BISO) Working Group, and is a board member of InfraGard MN.
Tom has been part of the SecureWorld team for over 14 years. He has launched several of the regional conferences we hold today. Tom is currently responsible for SecureWorld Digital, which provides educational content to the SecureWorld audience. He produces, executes, and moderates the majority of the Remote Sessions webcasts while also working closely with the SecureWorld event directors to build relevant agendas at the regional conferences.
