Virginia specializes in biometric identity verification and fraud prevention including AI powered fraud detection and device intelligence. With a strong foundation in data and a passion for innovation, she focuses on building user-friendly solutions that are resilient against evolving fraud tactics. Her work focuses on collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and machine learning technology to harness signals to detect and respond to the latest attack vectors such as deepfakes and injection attacks.
An experienced expert in ID document security and fraud, Simon plays a key role in Entrust's product development strategy. Simon is responsible for managing the Fraud Lab team and advising Product. This includes giving expert advice and training on recognizing fraud signals, deep-dive investigations, research and generating training datasets. Prior to Entrust, Simon worked as a Document Expert and international trainer with Foster & Freeman Ltd, working closely with the forensic equipment manufacturer on new and existing products, and providing training and advice to police, immigration and forensic departments, and banks and document manufacturers all over the world. Simon has also served as an Expert Document Examiner and trainer for several years at the UK’s National Document Fraud Unit (NDFU), sharing his knowledge with embassies, consulates, immigration offices and police departments all over the world.
Tom has been part of the SecureWorld team for over 14 years. He has launched several of the regional conferences we hold today. Tom is currently responsible for SecureWorld Digital, which provides educational content to the SecureWorld audience. He produces, executes, and moderates the majority of the Remote Sessions webcasts while also working closely with the SecureWorld event directors to build relevant agendas at the regional conferences.
