This is as essential tool for all conmen. This is what hackers are utilizing to trick users into clicking on those phony shipping emails, fake Facebook notifications, and your cancelled Amazon order. Some of these groups take it to the next level with the fake Microsoft/Apple/Social Security Administration staff calling you to offer proactive help. These hackers do their homework, too. They know as much or more about your executive teams than you may be aware. They can and will use any information to make these messages more compelling.
